Ruby Ribbon,
fit-first.

360° product fit demos and a standing email & promotion cadence for a shapewear brand where the product page has to do the work a fitting room usually does.

Branding & UI/UX
The Brief

Selling fit, not just fabric

Shapewear lives or dies on fit confidence. A static product photo alone doesn't answer "will this actually work for my body?" The solution was a library of 360° on-model turntable videos across two body types and multiple styles, so a shopper can see exactly how a Cami or Demi moves and holds before it ever ships to her door.

360° fit demos

The same styles shot on two different body types, because "true to size" only means something when a shopper sees a body like her own.

Email & promotions

A standing rhythm of promotional sends (bundle deals, surprise mechanics, seasonal pushes) designed to feel like an event each time, not a discount code.

Ruby Ribbon Surprise Sale email, spend tiers unlock a surprise item
A gamified spend-tier mechanic where the surprise item drives basket size instead of a flat discount.
Ruby Ribbon Buy 3 and Save 25% email with a two-step bundle mechanic
A two-step "buy 1, then 2 more" bundle builder, laid out so the math never feels confusing.
Ruby Ribbon swim set email, mix-and-match tops and bottoms for $59
A mix-and-match swim promotion, merchandised so every top/bottom combination feels intentional.
